Title: Bear Brook Stereograms This is our first attempt at submitting 3D stereogram image pairs - we don't have the technique refined yet, but we're getting there. The way it works is the viewer (you) needs to get your left eye looking at left image while your right eye is looking at the right image. The results is a 3D effect where the pictures appears to have 'depth'. The technique for combining the images is similar to random dot stereograms, so people familiar with those should do okay with these. There are two ways to accomplish the 3D effect, one is to sit about 4 feet from the computer screen and get your eyes looking at infinity (that is, both eyes pointed straight ahead as if at something a long distance away - rather than 4 feet the computer screen is). The other technique is to sit maybe 8-11 inches from the monitor and put a piece of paper or cardboard from the nose to the computer screen so that each eye can only see one image. Unfortunately, we know many people will be unable to get this effect - so they will be disappointed and we apologize in advance. For those of you who do get it to work it should be a nifty effect. Comments are appreciated, particularly on how well the effect works. We sent out these images to a small test group of Red Clouds members already and the results were mixed, but some people did get it to work as expected.

CLASSY ( at The Waldorf ) Act 1 Hi Kate and Gang: Here we are in the heart and soul of New York City. And where's that ? No other than the world class Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, on Park Avenue. The view ( besides the one your voy-zonebers are getting ) is totally awesome. I haven't been that high off the ground since the home grown days in college. The best aspect of this series is that we needed someone to actually pour the champagne over my butt while my husband snapped the pictures. It turned out to be quite easy to summon a bellhop and ask him to do the honors. We told him what we wanted, and, in the true Waldorf spirit of helpfulness, he simply said; " Ah, yes, champagne poured over the lady's backside. I believe we can handle that for you. " Well, he turned out to be extremely co-operative, and he didn't seem to care how long it took to get just the right shot we wanted. With each click of the camera, he would turn to my husband and say; " Very well. Will we be wanting to try that again, sir ? " He seemed to have enjoyed his assignment, and absolutely refused to take a tip. " No need for that today, Sir. You have just added a chapter to my memoirs that I shalll never forget." Cute story, right ? When he was leaving, my husband asked him if anything like that had ever happened on the job before. He thought about it and answered: " I have poured a lot of champagne in the thirty years I've been here." And then he hesitated for a moment. " But to my recollection... it has always been into a glass, Sir. " Again, I want to thank those who are kind enough to say all the wonderful things they say when I visit this enjoyable site. Another Trip To The Plage ...
Hallo to everybody, finally it is holiday time. I am very happy. I left Italy with 15 degrees and here in Cuba there are 30 degrees. It is beginning a long travel through all this isal bonita to see all the best beaches and everything else. We took a little car for rent and we are going from airport to the hotel where we booked the first night. But for me it is time to take off my winter dresses and put a short summer mini dress. Of course I do not wnt to use any panties in this holiday.
